SERVER USE
Agora Hosting do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
Illegal Material
This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files (mp3, mpeg, zip files), and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.
Adult Material Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Agora Hosting.
Warez Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
SPAM
All sorts of SPAM or Bulk Mail sending activity (whether the mails are 'opt-in' or 'unsolicited') will result in your account's immediate suspension with no refund.
PAYMENT POLICIES
All services are sold monthly or yearly depending on the type of service. Hosting plans, Reseller plans are monthly charged, Domain name registrations and SSL certificates are yearly charged.
Customers are not notified at the end if their service period. Instead, their credit cards on file are charged automatically at the end of their service period until customer contacts us and cancels the service subscription.
In situations where the card number on file is declined for than a few times, Agora Hosting will suspend the service until the outstanding charge is processed successfully.
The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer sends a written cancellation request.
No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail.

Each of our web hosting plan carries a 5 day Money Back Guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 5 days of your contract,
you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding domain name registration, ssl certificate and web design fees.
REFUNDS
Customers may cancel their account at any time by email or by phone. If a customer violates Agora Hosting's terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.
Web sites which Agora Hosting must suspend or cancel due to violation of these rules are not eligible to receive a refund under the Company's 5 day money back guarantee.
DISCLAIMER
Agora Hosting reserves the right to terminate this agreement, and to delete the Web site from its hardware, immediately upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
Non payment of any charges due from Customer
Breach of any term or condition of this agreement by Customer;
Agora Hosting will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Agora Hosting makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Agora Hosting disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Agora Hosting and its employees. Agora Hosting reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Customer agrees not to attempt to undermine or cause harm to any server, software, system or customer of Agora Hosting.
